Evangeline came home from school on Friday and wanted to draw a picture for her classmate, Dave. Cute, right? She drew Dave on one side of the paper, and herself on the other side. I went to put it in her backpack, and she insisted on placing it in an envelope. She then proceeded to put pink hearts on it, circling around his name. I was given strict instructions to put the envelope in her pack with a note to tell the teacher to give it to Dave. Oh dear. I feel the beginning of a preschool love story coming on.
